This is a pneumatic epoxy dispenser designed for automated applicated onto a lens. I was commissioned to design some mechanism that could reliably release a fixed amount of UV epoxy onto a micro-lens used to columnate the output laser for various laser designs.

The fixture shown towards the end of the gallery is a prototype laser lensing station designed at SemiNex Corporation – the company that commissioned this design.
